Auroras Entertainment Inks Content Deals with Fox Cable Networks and the Hallmark Channels



Kalispell, MT - October 31, 2006 - IPTV service provider Auroras Entertainment is pleased to announce that it has entered into digitization and transport agreements with Fox Cable Networks and the Hallmark Channels. These agreements add to the suite of channels that Auroras brings to the market for a total lineup of over 180 channels of broadcast content and digital music. Auroras has been conducting field trails since June of 2006 and anticipates that its full suite of IPTV services will be commercially available early in 2007.

Auroras remains at the forefront of working with both the new MPEG4 AVC standard and programmers. The end-to-end IPTV solution from Auroras completely addresses the two largest requirements imposed by content providers: quality and security. The Auroras solution provides all content in full resolution and securely encrypts that content all the way through playback at the consumer’s household. In addition, Auroras provides both programmers and operators with the assurance of precise settlements between all parties.

Auroras CEO Diane Smith praised these latest programmers that signed with Auroras. "These programmers understand that IPTV offers them enormous opportunities. Fox Cable Networks to be included on the Auroras platform are FX, Speed Channel, National Geographic, Fox Movie Channel, Fox Reality, Fuel, Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espanol and Fox College Sports. Hallmark Channels to be includes on the Auroras platform are the Hallmark Channel and the Hallmark Movie Channel.

About Auroras

Auroras Entertainment provides a combination of services and technologies that enables service providers to deploy entertainment services to their customers over their existing broadband IP networks. The Auroras solution offers service providers up to a 90% capital expense reduction over a self-provisioned headend system. To provide these services, Auroras receives over 160 standard and high definition channels of video and over 40 digital music channels at its master headend.
