Avail Media's content division will assist you in developing a customized, tailor-made, and competitive channel line-up to appeal to your subscriber base and suit the demographics of your market. Once you decide which channels you want to include, you will need to clear both transport and affiliate rights in order to distribute those channels to your subscribers. To this end, you can leverage Avail Media's transport rights, and we will navigate you through the process of obtaining the necessary transport consent authorizations from each of the programming networks. At the same time, Avail Media has partnered with a variety of Affiliate Consortia, through which you have a number of options for obtaining the affiliate rights you need to commercially launch your IPTV services.

The National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) holds distribution rights to nearly all of the channels transported by Avail Media. NRTC has advised Avail Media that it will sub-license such rights to Avail Media customers provided that such customers qualify for membership in the NRTC and meet any programmers' requirements. Such sub-license would be directly between the NRTC and the Avail Media customer.
