On November 15, 2007, Avail Media closed the second tranche of the Series B Round of financing of approximately $17 million.
During 2007, Avail Media raised $25 million in venture capital from Pioneer Ventures, Columbia Capital, Novak Biddle and Valhalla Partners. Furthermore, Avail Media also raised a total of $5 million in debt financing from a strategic investor and a line of credit with Silicon Valley Bank. This total capital raise of $30 million will provide Avail Media with sufficient resources to execute on its vision, create future value-added services, continue to build its business successfully, and effectively position its customers for success in market.
