Media Services includes a suite of consulting services related to carriers' content needs, including development of customized channel line-ups, as well as the associated acquisition and facilitation of transport rights, affiliate rights, and other programming rights required for carriers to commercially launch a competitive IPTV service.

Avail Media offers a proprietary software suite, ViewTrak, which allows both carriers and content providers the ability to track programming activations on a real-time basis. ViewTrak is a proprietary solution that provides all of the viewing, accountability and measurement metrics cited by carriers and studios alike as the critical information they need to successfully manage their VOD services. ViewTrak gives you 24/7, real-time data on subscriber viewing habits for VOD, SVOD, and FOD programming. In addition, ViewTrak's usage reports include total views by program, views by time of day, total number of unique households, average minutes watched, and usage of trick mode functions. All of these measurements are reported in a way designed to protect subscriber privacy while maximizing data flow.

Avail Media's Installation Services cover installation of a receive system, which consists of a number of equipment components, including satellite receive antennas and a rack or racks, referred to as a gateway. The gateway is designed to receive multiplexed IP streams, demodulate them, and manage the IP-encapsulated channels. Installations Services include performing the required software configurations on certain gateway components, installing the equipment into a rack or racks, cabling and associated testing.

Avail Media's Maintenance Services cover all of the hardware and software installed by Avail Media at a carrier's site, including warranties on Avail Media equipment, pass-through warranties from third party equipment suppliers, and any associated return maintenance authorizations (RMAs). In addition, Maintenance Services cover ongoing updates of the latest software technologies and capabilities to enhance your service delivery and ensure maximum system stability and integrity. Carriers receiving Maintenance Services also receive basic operations training on all Avail Media-provided software systems and hardware as well as access to a 24/7 phone support help desk.
